Please read the following statements carefully.

• I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the WMNIH Terms of Use.
• I confirm that I have read the WMNIH Privacy Policy and understand how personal and organisational data will be processed.
• I confirm that all information provided by me is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge.
• I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-fraud rules.
• I agree to ringfence any funds received for the agreed project and to not start project delivery until all required funds have been secured/pledged, unless by prior written agreement with any Funding Partners.
• I consent to the platform conducting verification and due diligence checks on my organisation and associated projects as outlined in the Project Delivery Partner Eligibility Criteria and Project Eligibility Screening and Verification.
• I agree to report on project activities, outputs, and outcomes, including: alerting WMNIH and Funding partners to any issues with project delivery; providing  bi-annual progress updates and a final project report; and sharing project reporting information with Funding Partners and the WMNIH team for purposes of an impact case study for use across communications channels.
• I agree to adhere to the guidance provided in the WMCA communications toolkit to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
