How the Hub works

For potential funders

1. Find a project your business would like to support
Select projects that support your organisation’s priorities and values, while creating rewarding volunteering opportunities for staff and local residents. The projects presented on the Hub have been reviewed and validated by moderators at the WMCA.

2. Meet the project delivery organisation and commit your funding
Meet the project owner and find more about the project before committing your funding. Make an agreement together that sets out the boundaries of the project and your support.

3. Share the change you’re creating
Once you commit your funding you’ll be able to publicly promote your support with assets provided by the Hub, to your customers and wider audience.

4. Receive updates and detailed impact reporting for your ESG
With every investment comes clear reporting, impact metrics and all the storytelling assets you need to showcase your environmental commitment. View projects >
For delivery partners

1. Complete the Hub’s simple partner delivery form
Your organisation will need to demonstrate you have at least three years of financial records and have a track record of delivering environmental projects.

2. Get a login for the Hub
You will be given access to the Hub so that you can submit and update projects.

3. Add impactful nature projects
Add impactful projects that link to the West Midlands Local Nature Recovery Strategy. Once approved by the Hub moderators it will appear on the website.
All activities undertaken via the Hub must work in accordance with our Terms of Use document. This sets out the roles and responsibilities of each party in delivering a project.
